Alain’s passion is to mix breakthrough life sciences, entrepreneurship and ambitious global strategies.

Alain has worked in the life sciences industry since 1988, spending more than 10 years at Baxter/Baxalta in the USA and Europe in various positions including being the European head of
Strategy and M&A for all businesses. Since 15 years, he works alongside entrepreneurs on transformative transactions such as equity financing (public & private) and selling companies to strategic acquirers.

Alain has co-founded several companies starting back in his university years. He is renown for having played a critical role in bringing convergence between great entrepreneurs and investors that have revolutionized their field.

Alain loves to spend time with his family. He had an intense sailing career with 11 participations in World and European Championships.
